Go thru your house inside and out. It should be neat and clean and windows sparkling  'declutter'. Let the people see your house, not your furnishings.

Freshen up your home with paint, one of the least exspensive thing to make your home look new and fresh.

Clean and refresh your landscaping, 'curb appeal' if it dose not not look good here, you won't get them inside. 

Fresh flowers at door and inside are always a welcoming to people.

Remove those family photos, let them imagine it is their home, not yours.

 Arrange furniture so it dose not block traffic areas or view to outside.
